These Terms and Conditions apply to all cleaning Services provided by Pristine Surfaces Ltd (Company Number: 16898541), a company incorporated in England and Wales, to clients in London, United Kingdom.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By clicking the “Book Now” tab on the Company’s website and completing a booking, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services: Services may include end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, jet washing, and general domestic or commercial cleaning. One-off services may be booked online. Recurring services may be agreed separately in writing and are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed.
3. Personnel: The Company may use employees and/or carefully selected third parties to deliver the Services. The Company remains responsible for the standard of the Services provided.
4. Cleaning Products: Standard cleaning products and equipment are generally supplied. Specialist products, materials, or additional requirements may incur additional charges, which will be notified where reasonably practicable.
5. Client Obligations: The Client must provide safe access to the property, secure fragile or valuable items, and notify the Company of any hazards or special requirements in advance.
6. Fees and Payment: Prices are agreed at the time of booking. Payment must be made in accordance with booking terms notified and confirmed at time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of Services. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
7. Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the notice period stated at booking. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
8. Liability: The Company is not liable for fair wear and tear, pre-existing damage, faulty fixtures, or indirect or consequential loss. Liability is limited to the value of the Services provided.
9. Insurance: The Company maintains appropriate public liability insurance in accordance with UK industry standards.
10. Complaints: must be raised within 48 hours of service completion to allow inspection and remedial action where appropriate.
11. Non-Solicitation: Clients must not solicit or engage any person introduced by the Company to provide similar services independently for 12 months following the last service, without written consent.
12. Data Protection: Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and used solely for administering and delivering the Services.
13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Amendments: The Terms applicable are those in force at the time the Client clicks “Book Now”.
