100 Women to Watch was started because I’ve worked behind the scenes in PR long enough to see how many powerful women go unseen. Not because they’re not brilliant, but because they’re building quietly without hype, without a blue verified check, without a million followers.

This isn’t just a campaign. It’s a movement to spotlight those women who are creating impact in their industries, homes, and communities, and who deserve to be celebrated.

It’s not about fame. It’s about resonance.

When we amplify each other, when we collaborate, share resources, and tell real stories, we all rise.

This is a collective. A ripple. A love letter to legacy builders.
