My real estate adventure began in 2017 with a daring leap of faith—a blind flip purchase from a Facebook friend, 8 months pregnant, and with my husband, Keith, working out of town! Talk about diving headfirst!
In 2018, we snagged our first rental property before the 'BnB Boom' really took off, all while living out of state. Fast forward to today, and we've built an impressive portfolio of 22 doors, totaling $3.5 million in short-term, long-term, and mixed-use assets. And we did it all in just 3 years!
But we didn't stop there. We launched a wholesaling and lending company to fuel our own real estate dreams and help other investors achieve theirs.
The best part? Keith retired from his union trades career in 2020, and I followed suit in 2024. Now, we're living the dream – focusing on real estate, family, and empowering others to take the plunge and create their own success stories!
