Compassion fatigue has become an increasingly common challenge for professionals working in emotionally demanding roles. Prolonged exposure to stress, trauma, and high workloads intensified during and after the pandemic can lead to emotional exhaustion, reduced effectiveness, and ethical concerns in care delivery.
This course is grounded in resilience-building and burnout-prevention strategies designed to support both individual well-being and professional longevity.

Her work focuses on helping providers sustain well-being while delivering competent, compassionate care in high-stress environments.
