Quantum Energy Healing is about aligning your chakras and releasing blocks from unresolved emotion

Energy healing sessions have many benefits include relieving pain and stress from the body, relieving the symptoms of anxiety, and bringing the nervous system into balance so that natural healing can occur.

An initial energy session with Jen will include some explanation of your chakras and the way Jen does her quantum healing, because understanding the process is empowering. You will be led through breath work to relax the nervous system and Jen will tune into your energy field to find out if Emotional B.E.S.T. (bio energetic syncronization) or Spiritual B.E.S.T. is priority. The session is interactive as you will be asked to think about past experiences to find the unresolved emotion in your system. Afterward you will feel relaxed, more clear and aligned with your true self.
