Review & Sign Your Bridal Agreement

1) Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement outlines the bridal hairstyling services provided by Cheri King Beauty (“Vendor”) to {{ client }} (“Client”) for the event listed above.

2) Services

Services include the selected package and any add-ons mutually agreed upon. Vendor will provide a beauty timeline and coordinate as needed for day-of scheduling, touch-ups, and veil/extension placement if desired.

3) Location, Travel & Delivery

Services may be performed on-site at the venue or agreed location. Travel fees apply at $1/mile beyond 25 miles. Second location fee +$150 when applicable. Parking costs, if required, are reimbursable.

4) Exclusivity

To ensure quality and consistency, Client agrees Vendor is the exclusive provider of hairstyling services for the bride on the event day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5) Intellectual Property & Artistic Release

Vendor may capture and use images of work product for portfolio and marketing unless Client requests in writing not to. Client acknowledges creative discretion and understands results may vary based on hair type and conditions.

6) Payments, Retainer & Balance

A non-refundable retainer secures the date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Add-ons or extra stylists (for larger parties) may incur additional fees.

7) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the retainer. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new retainer at Vendor’s discretion.

8) Limitation of Liability

Vendor is not liable for allergic reactions or outcomes due to undisclosed sensitivities, last-minute changes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond Vendor’s control.

9) General

This Agreement is governed by applicable state law. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
