You may be wondering how using ADA Comply Guy can get you up to $5,000 in tax credits. Well, the government offers this tax credit to businesses that make their websites accessible to people with disabilities. By using ADA Comply Guy to ensure your website is ADA compliant, you could be eligible for this tax credit. That means the service would pay for itself and then some. Not only will you avoid costly legal fees and penalties for non-compliance, but you could also receive a substantial tax credit that can be reinvested in your business. How Many People Are You Closing The Door On?

Ensuring your website is ADA compliant is not only important for avoiding legal issues and accessing tax credits, but it also opens up new business opportunities. By making your website accessible to the approximately 61 million people in the United States who have a disability, you are tapping into a large and often overlooked market. It's estimated that one in four Americans has a disability, and that's a significant portion of the population that you could be turning away if your website is not accessible to them. By using ADA Comply Guy, you can ensure that your website is accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities, which can help you expand your customer base and increase your revenue. Don't miss out on the potential business that is waiting for you – make your website ADA compliant with ADA Comply Guy today.

Protect Yourself From Legal Action

Becoming legally compliant with the ADA laws not only opens up new business opportunities, but it also protects you from costly legal action. These lawsuits can be expensive and time-consuming, and they can harm your reputation and bottom line. By using ADA Comply Guy to ensure your website is ADA compliant, you can avoid these legal issues and focus on growing your business. Don't wait until it's too late – protect yourself and your business by ensuring your website is ADA compliant with ADA Comply Guy.

Meet The Man Behind The Magic

Tony Caggiano is the creator of the ADA Comply Guy software and has a long history of philanthropy and giving back to help others. He has volunteered with various groups, including the Special Olympics and the United Way, over the years and has two children with special needs, which has heightened his awareness of the need to give back to those who need it.

In 2019, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a background in the IT industry, he was working on a project to build a mobile app to help fundraising for local schools in North Carolina.

When this project was shelved in early 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he stumbled upon a new opportunity that came about from the connections he made building the app. This was software to help make websites ADA compliant.

Partnering with the developer of this software, he helped to improve it and started his journey to educate businesses on the importance of this new law and to help them avoid non-warranted legal issues just because they were unaware of a new regulation.

Today, he advocates for both the disabled community and for unknowing business owners and is on his way to the ultimate goal of making the entire internet accessible to people of all abilities.
