Through posture analysis, anatomy, philosophy and subtle body learning, you are going to emerge as a confident and strong yoga teacher, adept at meeting your students exactly where they are. But almost more importantly, this practice will weave its way through your relationships (to self and others), your work and your day to day moments. Your approach to every facet of your life will shift. My ultimate goal is that you will come out of this program falling utterly in love with yourself.
