Can I use Simfield without becoming a member?

Yes, we can assist with your initial job.

At completion, you will be given the option to choose from our membership tiers, starting from $198 inc gst per year.

Your selected membership will then be added to your invoice, enabling access to our pricing structure and ongoing service.

Membership is valid for 12 months from activation.

Why do you operate as a membership?

Is there a lock-in contract?

Membership is a once-off 12-month fee and is non-refundable.

When broken down, this works out to less than $2 per week depending on your selected tier.

What services do you offer?

We provide plumbing and electrical maintenance services designed to keep your property running smoothly and handle your day-to-day needs.

This includes fault finding, minor repairs, servicing, and general maintenance across plumbing and electrical systems—such as leaks, blocked drains, hot water issues, lighting, power faults, and safety checks.

Our focus is on identifying and resolving issues early, keeping everything operating efficiently, and preventing small problems from becoming larger, more costly ones.

We do not undertake major works such as renovations as our service is built around consistent, reliable maintenance.

Why does only the Gold Tier Handle Handyman services

Handyman services are reserved for Gold members because this tier is designed to be our most complete home maintenance option.

Gold members pay a higher annual membership fee, which allows us to provide access to additional support beyond standard plumbing and electrical maintenance, including smaller odd jobs and general home repairs.

It also means we can offer these handyman services at our lowest available rates, giving Gold members a more complete way to manage their property without having to chase multiple trades or worry about whether a job is too small.

How do I know which membership tier is right for me?

The best place to start is by watching our information videos or taking our quick quiz, which will guide you based on your property and expected usage.
