My background isn’t traditional “wellness.”
I started in mechanical engineering, studying systems, mechanics, and how small inputs create large downstream effects. That mindset carried into my work with the human body.
Over the years, I’ve trained extensively in nervous system regulation, biomechanics, metabolism, and neurobiology.
I’m certified in Qigong, Strength Training, Stretching, Breathwork, and Meditation, and I blend ancient practices with modern science, not because it sounds good, but because it works.
