This Employment Committee session focused on practical strategies for improving employment outcomes among reentry populations. The presentation and discussion addressed service models, employer engagement, and lessons learned from organizations working directly with justice-impacted individuals.

LARRP hosted this event in 2019 with other guests: a special Employment Committee presentation by Catherine Lozano of Shields for Families and Jose Osuna of The Meaning Foundation on services and best practices in reentry employment services, including employer engagement, followed by a conversation on “lessons learned.”
