Appointments are booked through our online booking calendar or via direct contact.
Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are agreed at the time of booking or quotation.
Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, accessibility, or additional services requested.
Payment terms will be communicated prior to or upon completion of the service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Green & Gleam Solutions reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the day of service.
Any hazards (loose tiles, unstable surfaces, pets, or fragile items) should be disclosed in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
6. Results & Limitations
While we aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains, marks, or wear may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
Results may vary depending on surface condition, age, and previous maintenance.
7. Liability
Green & Gleam Solutions will take reasonable care while performing services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or structures.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
8. Damage Claims
Any concerns or claims relating to damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
