What’s New for Summer 2026: Expanding the AlSaah Experience

January 12, 20261 min read

As AlSaah Tennis Academy enters its fourth year of summer training, we’re raising the bar once again.
What began as a high-performance tennis program has evolved into a complete athlete development experience. This summer, AlSaah Tennis Academy is introducing two new elective pillars to our Summer Clinic:

Mental Performance Development and Swimming & Athletic Conditioning.
These additions are designed to support the modern athlete—physically, mentally, and emotionally—both on and off the court.

Mental Performance Development
Tennis is a mental sport, and this summer we’re treating it that way. Athletes will be exposed to structured mental training focused on confidence, emotional control, decision-making, focus under pressure, and competitive identity. These sessions are not lectures—they are interactive, practical, and directly connected to match play and training environments.
The goal is simple: help players think better, respond better, and compete with intention.

Swimming & Athletic Conditioning

Swimming is being introduced as a complementary training tool to enhance overall athleticism. These sessions emphasize low-impact conditioning, breath control, coordination, recovery, and full-body strength—giving athletes a new way to build endurance while reducing stress on the joints.
This addition supports smarter training, better recovery, and long-term physical development throughout the summer.

More Than Tennis

This summer marks another step in AlSaah’s commitment to developing complete athletes, not just better ball strikers. By combining high-level tennis training with mental performance education and diversified physical conditioning, our Summer Clinic continues to evolve into a truly holistic program.
This is our fourth summer, and the vision keeps getting bigger.
Summer 2026 isn’t just another camp—it’s the next level.
