Living with Intention Course

Through this course you will create routines, mindsets & habits that will shift how you live each day and support you in living with intention in your daily life. Each module contains tangible information that can be implemented immediately into your daily life.

It consists of 5 modules that are around 60 min each. There is a workbook for you to complete after each module to dig deep into where you are and where you are wanting to go. The workbooks are very important as they help with the integration of information.
