2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are based on the information given by the customer and are subject to change after an

on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before services begin. Estimates are valid for 30 days

unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours

in advance. A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of obstructions. This includes

removing vehicles, furniture, and securing pets. Water and electricity access must be provided for the

duration of the service.

5. Damage and Liability

Next Level Up Pressure Washing is not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, or improper

installations (e.g., loose siding or cracked concrete). We take reasonable care, but some surfaces may be

unsuitable for high-pressure cleaning. We are fully insured for accidental damage caused by our team during

service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours

of service completion so we can address the issue.

7. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and

electronic payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Use of Website
