We are not liable for issues resulting from false information, unsafe conditions, or user negligence.

We do not guarantee:
the availability of technicians in your area,
the quality or timing of services performed,
or the accuracy of information shared by technicians.
All implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
3. Pricing and Payments
Rates for locksmith services are determined solely by the technician performing the work.
Any price estimate you receive before service is for reference only and may vary based on actual labor or parts required.
Payments are handled directly between you and the technician unless otherwise arranged.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a service request before the technician arrives. A cancellation or trip fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
Kwik Locksmith does not issue or guarantee refunds.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwik Locksmith shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from:
technician performance or non-performance,
misuse of our Services,
technical malfunctions or data issues, or
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific service involved.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kwik Locksmith, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or disputes involving technicians.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may reference external links or tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or policies. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect user data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Force Majeure

Both parties will bear their own costs unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued under this Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any non-arbitrated matters shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
13. Modifications
We may amend or update these Terms of Service periodically.
Revisions take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services means you accept those changes.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the complete understanding between you and Kwik Locksmith regarding the use of our Services.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining sections remain in full force and effect.
