Ayahuasca is prepared as a potent tea made from the Ayahuasca vine (Banisteriopsis caapi) and the leaves of the Chacruna plant (Psychotria viridis). This profound sacrament teaches respect for life and the natural world while fostering spiritual healing and self-discovery.
