Full MEP package at Alton Mews, Aylesbury

Lawsons Group Ltd delivered a full MEP package at Alton Mews in Aylesbury, a large residential development made up of 165 apartments.

The project value was over £2 million and required careful planning, coordination and delivery across a significant number of units and communal areas. Our role involved providing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services needed to support the full development.

Large apartment schemes require strong organisation on site, particularly when services need to be installed consistently across multiple homes while still meeting the overall project programme.

All electrical work was certified through the NICEIC approved contractor scheme.
