CHIROPRACTIC AND CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME
Carpal tunnel syndrome causes numbness, tingling, weakness, and pain in the hand and wrist, often due to pressure on the median nerve. While it’s commonly linked to repetitive hand use, carpal tunnel can also be influenced by posture, neck alignment, and nerve function along the entire arm.
Chiropractic care takes a whole-body approach, and improving nerve function and biomechanics along the entire arm, not just the wrist, may help relieve carpal tunnel symptoms. When combined with ergonomic guidance and exercise, conservative care can be an effective, non-surgical option for many patients.
