Create New Contact

Create New Contact

~Navigate to Contacts

~Click Add Contact

~Fill contact details (name, email, phone, etc)

~Click Save


Edit Existing Contact

~Navigate to Contacts

~Open Contact Card

~Edit fields on left

~Click Save


Create New Custom Fields

~Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields

~Click Add Field

~Select type of field

~Fill field details (name, group, placeholder, etc)

~Click Save

Bulk Contact Actions

~Navigate to Contacts

~Filter contacts as appropriate

~Select checkbox next to contacts

~Click a bulk action button (add to automation, send sms, send email, etc)

Import Existing Contacts

Import Contacts

~Navigate to Contacts

~Click Import Contacts (looks like a down arrow into a box)

~Confirm file formatUpload file (csv up to 50MB)

~Map file columns to Contact fields

~Create a new custom field for non-standard data

~Or select "don't import data in unmatched columns"

~Fill import details (name, create list, consent, etc)

~Wait for contacts to finish importing

~Click Add Field

~Select type of field

~Fill field details (name, group, placeholder, etc)

Click Save


Bulk Contact Actions

~Navigate to Contacts

~Filter contacts as appropriate

~Select checkbox next to contacts

~Click a bulk action button (add to automation, send sms, send email, etc)

Launch A Funnel

Create a Funnel

Navigate to Sites > Funnels

Click New Funnel

From Blank

Funnel AI

From Templates


Create a Funnel From Template

Open Template Library

Search, filter, and sort templates

Preview funnel

Click Continue

Edit in Funnel Editor

Click Save

Create a Form

Navigate to Form Builder (open from Form Picker in Funnel Editor, or directly)

Click Add Form

Customize fields and branding in Form Editor

Click Save

Edit an Existing Funnel

Navigate to Sites > Funnels

Locate and click Funnel in Funnel List

Edit in Funnel Editor

Click Save


Add a Domain to a Funnel

Navigate to Settings > Domains

Click Connect a Domain

Input domain and click Continue

Setup DNS records (varies depending on registrar)

Click Verify Records

Link Domain with Funnel

Click Proceed to Finish

Setup Email, Phone, and SMS

Setup Email

Navigate to Settings > Email Services

Click Create Dedicated Domain

Enter a subdomain prefix + a domain you own

Click Add & Verify

Setup DNS records (varies by registrar)

Click Verify Records

Add additional TXT record

Click Verify Domain

Set Custom Headers

Click 3-dot action menu and select Set Headers

Fill details (from name, from email)

Click Save


Setup Phone

Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers

Click Add Number > Add Phone Number

Filter to country and area code

Select desired number

Click Proceed to Buy


Forward Phone Calls

Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers

Click 3-dot action menu on right of phone number

Click Edit Configuration

Forward calls to your desired phone number (ex: personal cell)


Contact a Contact

Navigate to Contacts

Open Contact Card

Call: Click call connect button (green phone icon upper right)

SMS: Select SMS tab in message composer (bottom middle)

Email: Select email tab in message composer (bottom middle)


Contact Bulk Contacts

Navigate to Contacts

Filter list to desired contacts

Select checkbox next to all contacts

Use bulk action (email, sms, etc)

Launch an Email Campaign

Create Email Template

Navigate to Marketing > Emails

Click Templates Tab

Click New

Click Email Marketing Templates

Browse, search, and filter

Preview desired Template

Click Continue to open in Email Editor


Edit Email Template

Navigate to Email Campaign Dashboard

Open template in Email Editor

Adjust elements

Click Save Template

Click 3-dot action menu > Test Email

Fill details (from, sender, etc)

When satisfied, click Back to open Email Campaigns Dashboard


Create Email Campaign from Template

Navigate to Email Campaign Dashboard

Click Create Campaign > Select Template

or Click Templates Tab > Click 3-dot action menu on right of email template > Click Create Campaign

With template open

Click Send or Schedule

Configure email options (recipients, tracking, etc)

Click Review and Send

Wait for status to change from Sending to Sent

Create Automated Form Submission Email Followup

Navigate to Automation

Click Create Workflow

Select Recipe - Email Drip Sequence

Add Form Submitted Trigger: Add filter > Form is > select form > Click Save

Edit Email Actions (subject, message, attachments, etc) > Click Save Action

Click Publish

Create Automated Form Submission SMS Followup

Navigate to Automation

Click Create Workflow > Start from scratch

Add Form Submitted Trigger: Add filter > Form is > select form > Click Save

Add Send SMS action > write message > Click Save Action

Add Drip action BEFORE Send SMS action

Set batch size: 100 and drip interval: every 1 days > Click Save Action

Click Publish

Setup A Booking Calendar

Setup Personal Booking Calendar

Navigate to Calendar

Click Go to calendar settings

Click New Calendar

Select calendar type (for 1-on-1 meetings use personal booking)Fill calendar details (name, select yourself, custom URL, duration, hours, etc)

Copy calendar link/embed

Share calendar link


Add Yourself As A Team Member

Navigate to Settings > My Staff

Click Add User

Add yourself


Setup Automated Reminders

Navigate to Automation

Click Create Workflow > Select Recipe

Select Recipe - Appointment Confirmation + Reminder

Edit Confirmation Email action

Update meeting link (zoom, google meet, etc) > Click Save Action

Review all actions

Click Publish

Click Save

Integrate Personal Calendar

Navigate to Calendars > Connections

Select Calendars Tab > Add New

Select Video Conferencing Tab > Add New

Setup Pipelines and Opportunities

Create Sales Pipeline

Navigate to Opportunities

Click Add Pipeline

Click Create New Pipeline

Fill details (name, stages, etc) > Click Save

Import Contacts as Opportunities

Navigate to Opportunities

Click Import

Select Opportunities

Click Next

Upload file

Click Next

Map file columns to Opportunity fields

Click Next

Create Opportunity Manually

Navigate to Opportunities

Click Add opportunity

Select a preexisting contact or fill in details for a new contact

Fill Opportunity details (pipeline name, stage, value, etc)

Click Create
