I’ve been learning, using and teaching Transactional Analysis (for psychotherapy AND for Organisations and groups) since I entered The Berne Institute in 2013.
I’ve been Coaching for the past eight years since qualifying with Barefoot Coaching; they immediately snapped me up as their Lead Tutor in Transactional Analysis for Coaching. I worked with Barefoot for four years until the pandemic hit and then I moved to working for Optimus Coaching Academy which was just starting their online Coach qualification Diploma.
I proudly worked with them until leaving last year to set up my own Coach training academy,
The Therapeutic Coaching Academy.
I am skilled at teaching Transactional Analysis for Coaching; I live, breathe, eat, dance and sing both disciplines.
I’m also skilled at designing, building and training and really impactful, inclusive, supportive and nourishing training programmes too. Following a career as a Social Worker, I became Director of People and Culture for a private care provider before becoming Group Learning and Development Manager for a nationwide non-profit charitable trust and their group of 17 subsidiary companies. I have taught thousands of people including senior leaders, support workers, parents and carers and the people who we supported and I’ve loved every moment.
And it connects with my zone of genius:
I teach complex things, making them easy to understand and implement with skill and ease. I use story and personal application to help you to connect with and apply the theory. I help you to embody your learning and to choose how you will implement it.
It's a skillset I honed in all of my years as a Social Worker for people with learning difficulties, neurodivergence and mental health struggles and I am ever so good at it
And with all of this, I’ve created

It's going to be an excellent, easy to understand and quick to implement, advanced exploration of Transactional Analysis theory, skills, exercises, coaching questions, chair work, tools and techniques which will leave you competent and confident to use Transactional Analysis in your coaching (or use TA coaching skills in your work, in your parenting and to improve all of your relationships - mainly the one with yourself!)

And once it's run though this first time, I will get certification with The International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a CCE for 40 points and as a level 1 coaching certification along with TA for Coaching 1 and this certification will be awarded to you once the certification process is complete.
This first run through the programme will cost just £500 and your feedback.
There was a separate level 1 ‘TA for Coaching’ programme earlier in the year which I will repeat once it is certified. If you choose to participate in both of these programmes, the full journey will gain you a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Coaching at level 1 which will be certified with the ICF or the CCE points that each will offer.
So, what are you waiting for? Improve your coaching practice, gain ICF CCE points with the option of building on your learning and becoming a certified Coach using Transactional Analysis by the end of the Summer.
