By using Knauer AI services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

Knauer AI provides AI powered communication and automation services including:

• Inbound and outbound AI voice calls

• SMS and MMS messaging campaigns

• Email messaging

• Social media direct message automation

• Appointment scheduling and follow up

• Review request campaigns

• Reactivation campaigns

• Advertising management services on eligible plans

3. Client Responsibilities and Compliance

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Obtain proper consent for calls, messages, and campaigns

• Comply with TCPA, A2P carrier rules, CAN SPAM, and all applicable laws

• Not use services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes

Clients are solely responsible for the legality of their communications and data.

Knauer AI may send SMS and voice messages related to service updates, reminders, and promotional communications. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Consent Representation

You represent that all contacts provided or synced to Knauer AI have proper consent to be contacted. Knauer AI is not responsible for violations arising from improper consent.

5. Call Recording and Transcripts

Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Clients are responsible for all disclosure requirements. Knauer AI is not liable for misuse of recordings or transcripts.

6. AI Limitations

AI systems may generate inaccurate or unintended responses. Knauer AI does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, performance, or results.

7. Advertising Services Disclaimer

Advertising services are subject to third party platform rules. Knauer AI does not guarantee leads, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed separately. Non payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Intellectual Property

All workflows, software, scripts, and systems remain the property of Knauer AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Termination

Knauer AI may suspend or terminate services for non payment, misuse, or legal risk at its discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knauer AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knauer AI from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the services, including consent violations.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Messaging Program Disclosure

Knauer AI Messaging Program

Knauer AI provides automated SMS and voice communications related to customer service, appointment reminders, order confirmations, account notifications, lead follow ups, review requests, marketing promotions, special offers, product updates, and other information related to the services you have requested.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
