--Twin Sheets Set (fitted, flat, and pillowcase)

--Large bath towel and hand towel

--Water Bottle

--Notebook and Pens

--Please make sure that you have no fingernail or toenail polish. All nails must be filed, short and smooth.

--Housing, there are several cabins to rent in the area, if you would like to have a roommate please let us know and we will connect you with other retreat attendees

--Transportation

--Food: You will want to bring your own Breakfast and Snacks. We will have organic, locally-sourced, gluten-free, and soy-free lunches and dinners will be provided on each training day.

--The closest airport is Chattanooga, TN. This is about an hour's drive to Mentone. The second closest airport is in Atlanta, GA. This is about a two-hour drive to Mentone. From both airports, you do change from EST into CST time zones when you cross into Alabama.
