Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Corsino & Co., LLC and its associated program The Content Hump (“the Company”). By completing any purchase, accessing any paid material, or enrolling in any program offered by the Company, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, all sales are final.
All payments made to the Company are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
This applies to, but is not limited to:
Membership subscriptions
Deposits
Workshops and live events
Digital products and templates
Coaching programs
One-time payments
Remaining balances after deposits
2. Deposits
All deposits—including the Founding Member $100 deposit—are immediately non-refundable.
Deposits secure your enrollment and cannot be returned, credited, applied to future products, or transferred to another person.
3. Founding Member Payments
For the Founding Member launch of The Content Hump:
The $100 deposit is non-refundable upon purchase.
All remaining payments become fully non-refundable after January 5, 2025.
No refunds, prorated refunds, or partial refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
Failure to participate
Scheduling conflicts
Change in personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction with the program or materials
Failure to attend live calls
Technical issues beyond the Company’s control
4. Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions
By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method on file at the intervals stated at checkout.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation stops future charges only; it does not refund previously processed payments.
If you cancel and later rejoin, you agree to pay the current public rate.
No exceptions will be made for:
Failure to utilize the membership
Missing calls or workshops
Non-usage of provided resources
5. Digital Products, Templates & Workshops
Because digital materials and workshop access are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of:
Digital products
Templates
Guides and workbooks
Replays
Workshop tickets
Online trainings
are final sale and non-refundable.
Once access is granted, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason.
6. No Prorated Refunds or Credits
The Company does not provide prorated refunds or partial credits for:
Early cancellation
Late cancellation
Partial participation
Missed sessions
Unused Services
Technical difficulties on the user’s device or internet connection
7. Billing Errors
If you believe a payment was processed in error, you must notify us within three (3) business days by emailing [email protected].
Failure to contact us within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charge.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback is a violation of this Policy and the Terms of Service.
If a chargeback is filed:
Your access to all programs, membership areas, and digital materials will be terminated immediately
You will forfeit all rights to refunds or future access
The Company may pursue collection of the disputed amount
You may be responsible for any associated recovery fees, legal fees, or administrative costs
The Company reserves the right to permanently bar individuals who submit chargebacks.
9. Acceptance of This Policy
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any product or Service, you confirm that:
You have read this Refund Policy in full
You understand that all sales are final
You agree to abide by this Policy and all related Terms
You waive any right to dispute charges inconsistent with this Policy
