It depends on the service. When you select your service in the calendar you'll see the estimated duration. A balayage can take 2-3 hours, a haircut 45-60 minutes.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. Use the link we send you by SMS or call us at (786) 540-0588.
What if I'm running late?
Let us know via WhatsApp. We do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling may be necessary.
Are the prices exact?
Prices shown are starting prices. The final price depends on hair length, density, and technique. Your specialist will confirm the price in the free consultation.
Can I choose my specialist?
Yes. You can book with your preferred specialist directly. If you have no preference, we assign the first available with the right profile for your service.
