1. Digital Product Sales

Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or resend if:

● You did not receive the product due to email issues

● You accidentally purchased multiple copies

3. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to block access to products if a chargeback is filed.
