Pay Rate: $16–$20 per hour 

POSITION OVERVIEW 
DSPs provide direct care and skill-building support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live more independently at home and in the community. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Provide assistance with ADLs. 
- Support individuals during community activities and transportation. 
- Implement person-centered plans and behavioral supports. 
- Document progress notes accurately. 
- Assist individuals who may display challenging behaviors. 
- Support meal preparation, housekeeping tasks, and mobility. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
- Must pass background screening. 
- Ability to assist with personal care and hygiene. 
- Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends. 
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
- Experience with I/DD population preferred.
