It does NOT apply to private parking charges — only Government and council fines.

Roy v3 works best when you upload letters, notices, screenshots or photos.

Right now, uploads need to be in PDF format — this is an early version of the system, and full “upload anything” support is coming soon.

How to convert to PDF

iPhone / iPad: Share → Print → pinch outwards → Save as PDF.

Android: Use Microsoft Office or Adobe Scan (free) → Save as PDF.

Windows / Mac: Use any “image to PDF” site, or Print → Save as PDF.

Screenshots are fine — just convert and upload. Roy will analyse anything you have.
