Our new homes in Heritage Trails are all about building quality single family homes in this desirable new neighborhood with direct connection and trail access to the local trails. We will have 48 new homes available, 24 single family homes being built in 2026, and 24 duplex and townhome units in 2027. These homes come with finished landscaping and a community HOA.
We have 17 units that are more attainably priced made possible by MSHDA grant funding and Marquette Township TIF leveraged funds.
Our limited pricing is only available to select buyers that meet our 60%-120% AMI (Average Median Income) restrictions, with 13 units available in 2026, and 4 units in 2027. These units will be pre-selected layouts, however getting qualified and on the waitlist will allow you to choose the colors of your home from a few different selections!

Contract and Build!
After selecting your home and options, we take a build deposit and move your home into production! Build season starts April 2026. Phase I has 24 lots available for April starts!
