Confidentiality Policy

The Breakthrough Titans Mentorship Program is built on trust, honesty, and open dialogue. To protect the integrity of the group and the privacy of every participant, the following confidentiality policy applies to all members, guests, and facilitators.

1. Confidentiality Commitment

By participating in this program, you agree to keep all shared information confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal stories, experiences, and challenges shared by other members
• Business strategies, financial information, or internal operations discussed
• Coaching feedback, insights, or advice given during live calls or in written formats
• Any sensitive or identifying information shared inside the program community

What is shared in the group stays in the group.

2. No Recording or Redistribution

Live calls are recorded by the program facilitator for member access only.

Participants may not:
• Record calls in any form
• Share, distribute, or repost recordings
• Transcribe, summarize, or quote other members without explicit written consent

All recordings are for personal learning and review only.

3. Respectful Use of Learnings

You are welcome to apply concepts, frameworks, and teachings learned in the program to your own life or business.

You may not:
• Attribute personal stories or examples to identifiable members
• Share screenshots, chat messages, or member content outside the program
• Use another member’s experience as marketing material or social content

General learnings are fine. Personal details are not.

4. Safe Space Standard

This program is intended to be a safe environment for growth. Any breach of confidentiality undermines that safety.

If a member violates this policy:
• Access to the program may be revoked immediately
• No refunds will be issued
• Additional action may be taken if necessary to protect members

5. Legal and Ethical Exceptions

Confidentiality does not apply if disclosure is required by law, or if there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others. These situations are rare and handled with care.

6. Agreement

Participation in the Breakthrough Titans Mentorship Program constitutes agreement to this confidentiality policy in full.

If you are unsure whether something should be shared, the answer is to keep it private.
