Coaching Overview

Strategic Executive Coaching is tailored for top-tier leaders and rainmakers scaling large teams or multiple ventures. With high-level strategy and bold accountability, you’ll gain clarity, make powerful decisions, and lead with vision—transforming your business into a scalable, legacy-driven enterprise.

Mutual Expectations

Your Coach Will:

– Support and challenge you to reach your full potential

– Provide a safe, encouraging, and confidential space

– Offer honest feedback and ask powerful questions

– Help expand your vision and sharpen decision-making

You Agree To:

– Commit fully to meaningful goals and honest self-reflection

– Remain open to feedback and transparent about what’s working

– Own your progress and outcomes

– Respect the scheduling and cancellation policy

Coaching Logistics

Calls & Communication:

– Four (4) 30-minute one-on-one calls per month (recorded for your review)

– Optional “Quick Check-In” sessions for urgent needs via email or alternate arrangements

– Post-call recaps provided to support accountability and momentum

Client Portal:

– You’ll receive login credentials for a secure coaching platform with tools, resources, and documents available 24/7

What’s Included – $1,500/month

– Four (4) private 30-minute coaching calls monthly (46 annually)

– Access to a private coaching portal with dashboard, notes, and resources

– Digital training library, marketing tools, and social media templates

– Ongoing email support and check-ins between sessions

Billing & Cancellation

– Coaching auto-renews monthly, beginning on your selected start date

– First payment is processed immediately upon submission of this agreement; future charges occur on the 1st of each month thereafter

– To cancel, 30 days’ written notice is required via email to [email protected]

– Missed sessions without 48-hour notice will be forfeited

– Sessions begin promptly; being 10+ minutes late may result in forfeiture

– Coaching calls may be rescheduled due to coach availability conflicts (vacation, holidays, etc.)

– Standard coaching “skip weeks” include: Thanksgiving week, Two weeks surrounding Christmas/New Year

Confidentiality

– All personal information and coaching conversations are confidential

– No information will be shared without your written permission, unless required by law

– Testimonials may be shared only with your consent and can remain anonymous if requested

Agreement

By submitting this agreement:

– You authorize ongoing billing. First payment when you submit this agreement and then the 1st of the following month thereafter.

– You consent to coaching calls being recorded for personal use

– You opt in to receive text messages from your coach or The Coaching Nexus
