To cancel your account, simply go to the bottom left of your CC360 dashboard and you will see a button that says "CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION". Go there, and request to cancel. We will reach out to you with a simple email asking where your experience can improve and if there's anything we can do to help you stay. Please note you can also have the chance to just "pause" your account if you don't want all of your progress to be lost and erased. Simply include that in your cancellation request.
