Terms & Conditions

Please review our terms before requesting a ride. These guidelines outline booking policies, cancellations, responsibilities, and what you can expect when using our transportation services.

Five Star Shuttle Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Five Star Shuttle ("Company", "we", "our"), you ("Client", "you") agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Five Star Shuttle provides pre-scheduled private transportation services based on customer requests and availability. All bookings are subject to confirmation

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. A booking is not considered confirmed until approved by the Company.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

•Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled service are non-refundable

•Cancellations made 8 days or more before service are eligible for a 50% refund

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to be present at the scheduled pickup time will result in forfeiture of the booking and all associated fees

5. Wait Time & Delays

Additional charges may apply for extended wait times. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of its control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Flight Delays

The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays. However, delays may affect scheduling and availability.

7. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including weather conditions, accidents, or other unforeseen events

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the scheduled service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

10. Acceptance

By submitting a booking request or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
