GHL VA Services provides professional GoHighLevel virtual assistance, including but not limited to:

• Workflow Automation Buildout: Custom automations, follow-up sequences, pipeline management, and reminder systems.
• Funnel & Website Creation: High-converting funnels, landing pages, and modern websites built inside GoHighLevel.
• CRM & Pipeline Optimization: Contact organization, lead segmentation, and pipeline stage management.
• Forms & Surveys Setup: Creation of forms, surveys, and chat widgets for lead generation.
• Email & SMS Campaigns: Design and deployment of marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel.
• White Label Onboarding: Client onboarding support for agencies using GoHighLevel under their brand.
• Ongoing Technical Support: Continued assistance, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

The exact scope of services will be agreed upon between GHL VA Services and the client prior to commencement of work, as outlined in the selected service plan or custom agreement.

To ensure successful delivery of our services, clients are responsible for:

• Access & Credentials: Providing timely access to your GoHighLevel account, necessary login credentials, and any third-party platforms required to complete the work.
• Accurate Information: Supplying accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, content, and assets needed for service delivery.
• Timely Communication: Responding to our team's queries, feedback requests, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
• Lawful Use: Ensuring that all content, data, and instructions provided comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Account Compliance: Maintaining compliance with GoHighLevel's own terms of service and platform policies.

All pricing is as listed on our website or as agreed upon in a custom service agreement. The following payment terms apply:

• Monthly Plans: Subscription-based plans (Startup, Growing, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance. Services commence upon successful payment.
• Hourly Rates: Hourly work beyond the included plan hours is billed at the applicable rate ($15–$25/hr depending on plan).
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via approved methods as communicated during onboarding. All transactions are processed securely.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.
• Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.

We are committed to client satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods. You may cancel at any time and service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Project-Based Work: Refunds on completed or in-progress custom project work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Unsatisfactory Work: If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions.
• Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, onboarding fees, and any completed deliverables accepted by the client are non-refundable.

All deliverables created by GHL VA Services specifically for a client — including funnels, workflows, automations, and designs — become the property of the client upon full payment of all applicable fees.

• Our Materials: All proprietary tools, templates, processes, methodologies, and frameworks developed by GHL VA Services remain our exclusive intellectual property.
• Client Content: Any content, logos, images, and data provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to reference our work with you in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
• No Unauthorized Reproduction: You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary systems or templates without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

• We will not disclose your business strategies, client data, account credentials, or proprietary information to any unauthorized third parties.
• Clients agree not to share our internal processes, pricing structures, or proprietary templates with competitors or third parties.
• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service agreement.

GHL VA Services provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of services for any particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
• Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from GoHighLevel platform outages, third-party integrations, or factors outside our reasonable control.
• Results from automations, funnels, or campaigns are dependent on many factors and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• By Client: You may cancel your subscription or service engagement at any time by notifying us in writing with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next billing date.
• By GHL VA Services: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms, engages in unlawful activity, fails to make payment, or behaves in a manner that is abusive to our team.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all access to shared tools or platforms will be revoked. Any outstanding payments remain due and payable.
• Survival: Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and payment obligations survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. As GHL VA Services operates internationally, disputes will be resolved in good faith with reference to widely accepted commercial practices.

For clients in specific jurisdictions, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that these terms do not override.

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

• Step 1 — Direct Contact: Raise the concern directly with our team via email at [email protected] within 30 days of the issue arising.
• Step 2 — Mediation: If direct resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.
• Step 3 — Legal Action: Legal proceedings may only be initiated after good-faith mediation attempts have been exhausted.

GHL VA Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
