Not as a “bounce back” programme.
Not as a baby sensory class.
Not as another thing to feel guilty about.

But as a safe, supportive place for mums to reconnect with themselves again.

Whats Included...

This is proper training for mums, with baby by your side.

At Little Gym Buddies, you can bring your baby along while you take part in coach-led fitness sessions designed to help you feel stronger, fitter, more confident and more like yourself again.

Babies can sit safely nearby in bouncers while you train.

You get time for you without needing to arrange childcare.

2 coach-led sessions per week

On a Monday and Friday at 10.30am. Led by Kerri, our expert instructor who knows exactly what you're going through. More sessions available on request.

Bring Baby With You

We provide bouncers and toys so that you can train in a baby-friendly environment.

Full Body Composition Scans, Nutrition Guidance & Weekly Accountability

Track your body confidence journey post partum. We are here for you with as much, or as little accountability as you need on your jouney.

Meet Kerri, Your Little Gym Buddies Coach ❤️

Kerri isn’t just an instructor.

She’s a mum.
She understands postpartum life.
And she’s lived the journey herself.

After becoming a mum, Kerri struggled with confidence, weight gain and feeling like she’d lost herself a little, something so many women silently go through after having a baby.

Since then, she has gone on to lose an incredible 8 stone and completely transform both her physical and mental wellbeing through fitness, structure and support.

Now, she’s passionate about helping other mums do the same in a safe, supportive and realistic way.

At Little Gym Buddies, Kerri will be there to:
