The Site may contain comments sections, discussion forums, or other interactive features (“Interactive Areas”) in which you may post or upload user-generated content, comments, videos, photos, messages, or other materials (collectively, “User Content”). You grant Cassidy Media LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, and display your User Content.
All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, icons, sounds, music, videos, artwork, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) on the Site are owned by or licensed to Cassidy Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement, the Site, or the Materials, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New Jersey and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Cassidy Media LLC does not represent or warrant that the Site, or any aspect thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. By accessing the Site, you assume responsibility for compliance with local laws.
