Terms of Service – Arocho Landscaping

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Arocho Landscaping (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By hiring us or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Arocho Landscaping provides lawn care and related services, including but not limited to mowing, irrigation, landscaping, and other lawn care services. Services may be one-time or ongoing maintenance.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client.

Additional charges may apply for overgrown lawns, unexpected property conditions, or services not included in the original quote.

All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit is required before landscaping or irrigation projects begin.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of services.

For ongoing maintenance, payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

We accept payments online and in person.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

If services are canceled more than 24 hours in advance, deposits may be credited toward future services at the Company’s discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide accurate property details and notify the Company of any special conditions (e.g., hidden irrigation lines, restricted access).

Client must ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled service time.

6. Damage and Issue Reporting

Any concerns, damages, or issues that the Client believes were caused by Arocho Landscaping must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of service completion.

Upon receiving notice, the Company will inspect the issue and, if determined to be our responsibility, provide an estimate for repair or correction.

If the Client chooses to repair or alter the issue before notifying the Company, or hires a third party before we review it, the claim will be considered void and the Company will not be responsible for reimbursement.

7. Satisfaction & Service Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality lawn care services; however, results may vary depending on property conditions.

The Company is not responsible for issues outside our control, including but not limited to:

Pre-existing property or lawn conditions

Poor soil quality

Pest or disease problems

Weather-related damage or delays (e.g., drought, flooding, storms, excessive rain)

Client neglect (e.g., lack of watering, failure to maintain recommended care)

Grass growth, plant survival, and landscape outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for damage caused by hidden irrigation lines, underground objects, poor soil conditions, or other issues not disclosed by the Client.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

Services are provided “as is,” and results may vary depending on property conditions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms, including non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
