Subscriptions require setup confirmation and agreed-upon pricing before activation. Payment is due monthly unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and online payments. Late payments beyond 30 days may result in temporary suspension of service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel at any time with 30-days’ notice. No refunds for partial months or services already rendered. Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the setup is complete.

4. Liability & Limitations

Vaz Digital ensures secure and reliable automation services but is not liable for lost opportunities or business due to unforeseen downtime or technical errors. Clients are responsible for verifying data accuracy and integrity within Jobber. Vaz Digital is not responsible for issues caused by third-party integrations or applications.

5. Service Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete client satisfaction. Should you experience issues, notify us within 48 hours, and we will promptly address the situation. Continued technical support and troubleshooting are included in your subscription.
