These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 48HourLien.com, a service operated by LH Enterprises Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
48HourLien.com provides document preparation and filing services for mechanic’s liens. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are intended for informational and administrative support purposes only.
2. Not Legal Advice
We are not attorneys, and using our service does not create an attorney-client relationship. You are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for any legal advice or questions regarding your lien rights, filing eligibility, or legal enforcement.
3. Service Requirements
To initiate a filing, you must submit full payment and provide the following required documentation:
-Copy of your signed contract or agreement
-Details of where the work was performed (property address)
-Name of the property owner
-A written request for payment (e.g., demand letter or notice)
Failure to provide these items in a timely manner may result in delays or inability to fulfill our 48-hour guarantee.
4. 48-Hour Filing Guarantee
If all required documents and payment are received by 12:00 PM EST on a business day when courts are open, we guarantee to file your lien within 2 business days. If we fail to meet this timeline, you are eligible for a full refund. Delays due to incomplete submissions, client unresponsiveness, or court closures are not covered under this guarantee.
5. Payment and Refunds
Our standard lien filing service is priced at $697. Payment is due in full prior to service. If we are unable to file your lien due to our own failure (and not due to incomplete client submission or external delays), a full refund will be issued.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You must be responsive to communication from our team to ensure timely service delivery. Lack of communication may void any guarantees.
7. Court Schedules and Closures
All filing timelines are based on business days when courts are open. Holidays, weekends, or court-specific closures will delay service timelines accordingly. The 48-hour guarantee only applies on eligible business days.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such collection and use.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
