To cancel and request a refund, Participants must notify the Program Provider in writing before the 30th day of the initial payment. Refunds may take 5-10 days to process and appear on a statement. Refunds will only be issued if all criteria are met, with no exceptions.

In the event that a Participant requests a refund, they terminate their right to use our copyrighted materials and forfeit their right to use the licensed content.

Assistant/Administration Bonus License

The purchase of the Hyperlocal Domination program includes an additional license for exclusive use by a personal assistant or administrator, not for any real estate agents or brokers active in production. This additional license is intended to aid in implementing program strategies with administrative support for the Participant.

“One to One” Coaching Call

For Participants to be eligible for a one-to-one coaching call, they must finish all program materials and have sent at least 3 months worth of reports to their database. This call is designed to offer a tailored plan for expanding your geographic farm and help coach you through any issues you may be facing. You must schedule your call no later than 30 days after your 6-month program ends.

Compliance with Local Regulations

Participants are responsible for ensuring their activities within the program comply with federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations. Consulting with your brokerage, manager, or relevant authority is advised to align with industry standards.

User Responsibilities

Participants should engage with the program in line with ethical practices and respect for the program's materials and community. Sharing program access or content with non-members is strictly prohibited.

However, results vary by individual due to factors such as user commitment, effort, and local market conditions. No guarantees of financial success or specific outcomes are made.

Use of any third-party tools or services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
