Every experience is intentionally curated. These guidelines ensure everything runs beautifully — from first booking to final plate.

Booking & Payment

Secure your date with a deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. Dates are not held without confirmation. Final menu selections, guest count, and full payment are due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

Cancellations & Changes

Flexible before 7 days, final within

Cancel more than 7 days out and your deposit may be applied toward a future booking within 90 days (subject to availability). Cancel within 7 days and the full balance is due and non-refundable. You may transfer your booking to another guest or reschedule once within 90 days with advance notice and approval.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We'll work with you on unexpected events

In the case of severe weather, venue complications, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date. If rescheduling is not possible, payments may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 90 days. Refunds are not issued for circumstances outside of our control.

Guest Count & Menu

Confirm all details at least 7 days before

Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your event. Increases are subject to availability. Once finalized, reductions in guest count will not affect the total investment.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Share all needs at least 7 days out

All dietary needs and allergies must be communicated no later than 7 days prior to your event. While we take great care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Venue & Logistics

Ensure your venue is event-ready

Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue provides adequate kitchen access, utilities, and a safe working environment. Any limitations or special conditions must be communicated in advance to ensure proper preparation and service flow.

Liability

Clients are responsible for guest conduct

Clients are responsible for any damages to equipment, rentals, or property caused by guests during the event. Chef Tiffany Benson and team reserve the right to modify or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or outside of agreed terms.
