You simply choose a plan with the right number of credits, and we handle the rest, no detailed time-tracking required. Data and Contracts

Who owns the data?

The Client retains full ownership of contacts, leads, and documents managed under this Agreement.

What happens to my data upon termination?

How do you ensure confidentiality?

Reporting and Liability

Will I receive reports on performance?

What is the limitation of liability?

The Service Provider's liability shall be limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the monthly fee paid by the Client for the specific month during which damages arose.
