We do not offer pro-rated billing for mid-month plan activation dates.
To pause or cancel your goRoam multi-carrier data plan, email [email protected] by the 25th of the current month. This will prevent billing and service activation for the upcoming month.
Your data plan includes up to 100GB of usage per month.
Data usage exceeding the 100GB monthly limit will be billed at $10 per GB.
Overages are invoiced separately and must be paid in full before the next billing cycle.
Non-payment of overage charges may result in the suspension or cancellation of upcoming services until all outstanding balances are cleared.
All payments are due at the start of the billing cycle (1st of each month).
Any failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
After the first year, SpeedFusion subscriptions can be renewed.
Certain packages may include a SpeedFusion subscription, which provides additional data benefits and warranty protection
After the first year, SpeedFusion subscriptions can be renewed.
Clients will be notified at the time of renewal with pricing details.
A separate invoice will be issued for any renewed warranty or SpeedFusion subscription.
SpeedFusion is not required for continued use of goRoam hardware.
goRoam, LLC provides no warranty on the installation of Peplink/Pepwave equipment. Clients assume full responsibility for the proper installation and operation of the hardware.
