ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, booking our services, or submitting your information through our forms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

SERVICES

Patriot Pool Service LLC provides professional pool services in Maryland and Pennsylvania including:
- Pool Opening and Closing
- Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
- Equipment Repair and Service Calls
- Winter Watch Service
- Commercial Pool Service
- New Custom Pool Builds
- Home Pool Inspections

SERVICE AREA

We serve Carroll County, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County and surrounding Maryland communities.

APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

- Appointments are scheduled Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- A confirmation will be sent after booking
- Please ensure someone is available to provide pool access on the appointment date
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

PRICING AND PAYMENT

- All prices are listed on our website at patriotpoolservice.com
- Current promotions are subject to change without notice
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

- 10% OFF Pool Opening applies only when pool is OPENED before April 1st 2026
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time

SMS MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS text messages from Patriot Pool Service LLC including appointment reminders, confirmations and promotional messages.

- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance
- We do not share your number with third parties

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Patriot Pool Service LLC is not liable for:
- Pre-existing pool or equipment damage
- Damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential damages

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Ensure safe access to the pool area
- Disclose any known issues with your pool or equipment
- Be present or have an authorized adult present during service

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and marketing materials including logos, images and text are the property of Patriot Pool Service LLC and may not be used without permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
