Hey, I’m Priscilla Otoo-Adjorlolo, and just like you- I struggle with habits sometimes. While developing new habits is often relatively easy at first, the real challenge came in maintaining those habits.
After all, old habits die hard, and it was difficult to resist the temptation of falling back on old behaviors when things got difficult or I had setbacks.
This is exactly why it's so important to look at the big picture when establishing new habits.
