Please fill in everything required and we will use the information we require for your child's appropriate activity. If we have any questions or concerns we will call you.

Payment can be made online, but there is an additional $5 fee associated with the per child per season fee.

We do also accept cash, but if you could arrange to drop this off initially by calling 912.462.5128.

Please note that if you're paying with check or cash, we will only reserve your child's place for five working days.

FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AFTER THE LAST DAY OF SIGN-UPS (dates vary due to activity & season).
