Hi! I’m Julianna.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science. I am a Mother of 2 children, so I like to keep active: boxing, nature walks, wall climbing, Muay Thai boxing and cycling are among my activities. I
believe it is important not only to look healthy but to feel this as well.
I know that staying active can be difficult, especially with technology at work. The need for movement is gradually fading away. The same goes for choosing wholesome and healthy foods, as advertising emphasizes quick and convenient options like fast food. Juggling work, children, studying, socializing, and household tasks leaves little time for home cooking and exercise.
Just as we adopt the activity to brush our teeth every morning, a healthy and active lifestyle can be seamlessly integrated into your daily routine. We should remain capable and confident in our physical abilities throughout our lives.
What I have to offer are easy and stylish recipes heavily influenced by Caribbean cuisine, as well as fun workouts to help you improve your fitness skills. My goal is to help you develop your own healthy habits. Developing new habits can help rewire the brain and create new neural connections, which can lead to positive changes and overall well-being.
HOW IT WORKS
Every membership includes a myzone device where movement suddely becomes more fun. During our Personal Coaching sessions we track and build the perfect nutrtion plan to ensure your health and fitness goals come fast and with ease. Every 4 weeks we will review and reassess your plan and every week your goal is to hit our agreed activity traget. Sounds simple right? It kinda is ;-)

The MZ-3 is still the most popular choice however the SWITCH is totally waterproof so if you swim regularly its the perfect option
Its not that either is better really they are different services. ONLINE Coaching allows us to really dig into the detail on your programming and nutrition and is great for those who can work well with a detailed plan. Where 1:1 is better for those who work better with someone with them! With myzone you are never truly alone ;-)
