NIKKI ERICKSON

Nikki Erickson is co-owner and managing partner of Team Concepts since 2010 with her husband, Josh Erickson. 

She is a University of Nebraska at Kearney business administration graduate and has experience in the insurance industry, real estate investment, and customer relations and business management for Team Concepts.

In 2018 through 2021, Nikki also served as Executive Director of United Way of the Kearney Area.

Nikki is a graduate of Leadership Kearney (Class 26) and served on the Leadership Kearney Board of Directors. She has been involved in the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce and Envoys. Nikki has participated in the Nonprofit Excellence Institute and Community Catalysts Cohort #42. 

Nikki is also a mom who is crazy about her five incredible children and a wife who fiercely loves her extraordinary husband.
