These retreats are designed to be a more intimate experience. Often times the accommodations determine the number of people we can accommodate during a group retreat. Although the Palmeiras Village Hotel can accommodate more than 300 people (but this will be based on a first-come, first-serve) however, this retreat will limit the size to 15-50 people.

The cost of the group retreat is based on single occupancy (unless noted), and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. However, we have an option for those who may be partners or 2 friends who would like to share a room. Each ticket gives you the same facility as if you have booked a single room, even if you share a room with your friend or partner.

This is an international retreat which includes flight and accommodation. Once you sign up, your ability to cancel will depend on the airline. In most cases, cancellation changes are unpredictable and aren’t worth it. That means that we cannot accommodate refunds once your booking is confirmed with the airline.  However, if something comes up and you cannot attend, we will do our best to help you find someone to fill your spot or to re-schedule your ticket for the coming year’s retreat. And if that works out, then great. However, we cannot guarantee that it will work out that way.

There are no other charges outside the ticket cost. Your tickets cover all expenses, including airport return transfer from Portugal to the hotel and hotel to the airport. You also get 1 check-in luggage of 20kg
