THE ARNOLD FITNESS GAMES
The Arnold Expo will return march 15 2024 with hundreds of stands of the latest in sports equipment, apparel and nutrition and three stages that host unique, non-stop competitions and entertainment that combine to make the Arnold Fitness Expo the heart of the Arnold Sports Festival UK.
Held at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, England, the Arnold Expo hosts a variety of strength competitions and exhibitions over the weekend.
The Arnold Expo is included in all Bodybuilding & Strongman VIP Packages, Ultimate Expo Packages and Daily Expo Tickets.
THE ALI CLARK 10k
Formally known as the Dalton Dash, the Dalton Estate makes a stunning backdrop to this undulating 10K road race on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. The rural setting and the facilities of the private estate make this a great event whether it's your first time or you are a seasoned runner, you will have everything you need to have a great running experience.

Former Leeds Rhinos player Rob Burrow was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in December 2019. Since then, Rob and his family have campaigned tirelessly to raise awareness and funds to support other families living with MND.
This is an event that truly is for everyone, so whether you are an experienced runner or have never thought about running an event before, we welcome all abilities to join us in 2024 for this very special event.

THE TOP OF THE WOLDS 10K CHALLENGE
is a scenic, rural race around Nunburnholme Wold in East Yorkshire.
Starting from the attractive village of Warter, which is best noted for its much photographed row of thatched cottages, thatch being a most unusual roof covering on the Wolds.
June 2nd
The race route heads out along a scenic backwater lane, towards the village of Nunburnholme, which itself is part of the Yorkshire Wolds Way.
Take a left turn to climb Nunburnholme Hill, and enjoy the fruits of your labour at the summit, with the spectacular and far-reaching views.
Have a well-earned drink at the half way stage, before leaving the road and hitting the Bridleway trail, descending through the Woodland section.
Finally, as you emerge into the sunlight (it’s June, fingers crossed) take a right turn and return to Warter village and the finish line.

It has been described as one of the country’s most beautiful city runs. Since its launch in 2009, the event has also grown into one of Yorkshire’s most popular 10Ks.
The York 10K offers runners the unique opportunity to race through the heart of this wonderful city.
The route starts and finishes in Knavesmire Road, close to York Racecourse. It then takes in some of the city’s most historic landmarks, including the ancient city walls, Clifford’s Tower and the minster.
The atmosphere will be electric from start to finish.
And for runners chasing that elusive PB, the flat and fast course is perfect.

WOLD TOP 10K TRAIL RUN:
We're pleased to announce our trail run is back after the success of last year's!
This year we're licensed as part of the Power of 10 (permit applied for) so if you are affiliated to a runners club you can enter for a discounted price.
So join us on the 14th September 2024 for our 10k trail run in partnership with the team at Bridlington Road Runners for what promises to be another great event!
Starting from the brewery, you'll run an all terrain, 10km race around the Wold Top farm, finishing back at the brewery bar for a well deserved pint and some food!
There will also be a kids 1km fun run - sign up on the day (£2 entry donation to St Catherine's Hospice) and prizes for race winners and age group winners!
Ticket price includes: Run, Food, Finishers Pint, Medal, Numbers and First Aid on site. Spectators and supporters will be able to purchase food and drink as well on the day.
KILHAM 10k

A challenging, yet stunning, multi terrain 10k centred around the Yorkshire Wolds village of Kilham. Setting off through the village itself, with ample opportunities for spectator viewing. Runners will then head off-road up the tree lined track, site of David Hockney's famous painting, The Tunnel, after which a climb to the top of hill will provide breath-taking views of the Wolds. The route then continues across Sheep Rake Lane before turning through a developing vineyard running adjacent to the road before re-joining the tarmac road for the remainder of the run back down into the village, finishing at the Playing Field. Depending on the weather it could be wet and muddy in places.

The race starts outside the beautiful Visitor's Centre and you run up a firm Tarmac road (Housedale) to the top of the only hill in the race (a steady slope!) - First man and woman to the top gets a special prize. Then along the top of the rigg on gravel trails and a long and speedy decent down to the beck. Then a 'DASH' to the finish line back at Low Dalby.
